   基于公司技術(shù)團隊在半導(dǎo)體光電子材料及器件領(lǐng)域十多年的技術(shù)積累以及MOCVD、EBL、ICP等專業(yè)設(shè)備平臺，為企業(yè)、高校、科研院所提供半導(dǎo)體光電外延片材料的全方位代工服務(wù)，涵蓋光電外延片結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、材料外延、光柵制作、測試分析等方面，主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括InP基材料和器件（LD/PD/QPSK/Modulator）、GaAs基材料和器件（LD/Solar Cell/SESAM/PD）、GaSb基材料和器件（LD/PD/SESAM）、GaAs和InP基量子點材料和器件、硅基III-V材料和器件（Heteroepitaxy）等。
