1) 設(shè)備功能描述

1. Control Nice CNA7-P系列7軸關(guān)節(jié)臂測(cè)量機(jī)，測(cè)量范圍從1.8米到9米，適用范圍更廣闊，穩(wěn)定性和精度得到進(jìn)一步的提高，可以選配激光叉和專用軟件進(jìn)行管道檢測(cè)。

3. 配備鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)，具有獨(dú)特的磁力鎖緊功能，防止關(guān)節(jié)臂意外跌落。保證意外拉動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)臂也不會(huì)損壞設(shè)備

4. The locking mechanism has magnetic locking function to prevent the joint arm accidental drop. Ensure that accidental arm pulling does not damage the equipment.

5. 測(cè)頭系統(tǒng)：觸發(fā)側(cè)頭、浮動(dòng)測(cè)頭和激光叉可快速互換，從一個(gè)探針配置切換到另一個(gè)，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)識(shí)別所用測(cè)頭的類型和參數(shù)，無(wú)需重新校準(zhǔn)即可使用。

The probe system： trigger probe,floating probe and the laser fork are quickly interchangeable, switching from one probe configuration to another, the system can automatically identifies the type and parameters of the probe used, it can be used without recalibration.

6. 安裝簡(jiǎn)單  可固定于三腳架上，也可配磁力吸盤

7. 內(nèi)置溫度補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償和修正由溫度變化帶來(lái)的測(cè)量臂熱脹冷縮變化，在0-45℃范圍內(nèi)真正保證測(cè)量精度；

9. 自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)功能：測(cè)量機(jī)帶有可校準(zhǔn)的校準(zhǔn)球，可隨時(shí)進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)；
