白剛玉簡介

白剛玉是以優(yōu)質鋁氧化粉為原料，經(jīng)電熔提煉結晶而成， 純度高、自銳性好、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫、熱態(tài)性能穩(wěn)定它硬度略高于棕剛玉，韌性稍低，純度高、自銳性好、磨削能力強、發(fā)熱量小、效率高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫熱穩(wěn)定性好。用其制成磨具，適用于磨削高碳鋼、高速鋼及不銹鋼等細粒度磨料還可以用于精密鑄造和高級耐火材料。

White fused alumina was made from the high quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3.The white alumina produced in titling electric arc furnace has the advantage of high bulk density and low porosity and the volume stability and thermal shock resistance can be improved.

白剛玉段砂細粉用途

應用于鋼鐵、鑄造、石油化工、透氣磚、鋼包襯、澆注料、預制件、陶瓷等領域，是一種優(yōu)異的耐火原料。耐火度高，硬度大，熱震穩(wěn)定性好，抗侵蝕性和耐磨性能好，性能穩(wěn)定。

主要用途：

耐火材料，爐料，澆注料，搗雜料，可塑料，噴補料，壓住料，投射料，涂抹料，噴涂料，火泥，干式振動料，自流澆注料，涂料，耐火泥漿等。如：不定型耐火材料，定型耐火材料，剛玉磚，鋼包用耐火材料，中性耐火材料，高爐熱風爐用系列組合磚，高鋁磚，含碳耐材，莫來石磚，炮泥，散裝料，陶瓷杯，粘土磚，組合磚，剛玉制品等。
